What is quick-dry foam?
Quick-dry foam is the core foam used inside all our outdoor cushions. The foam is specifically engineered as an outdoor foam. It is manufactured with large open pores, which has revolutionised the use of outdoor cushions. By allowing maximum drainage of water from the cushion, it maximises air circulation to assist in the quick drying process.
Performance
This high-performance foam is an advanced design; having a porous open-cell structure, it outperforms all closed-cell structures and non-reticulated regular foams. Quick-dry foam is the perfect solution for our local weather conditions; even after being wet or saturated, the foam dries quickly. This is vital when we generally have high rainfall, and a high humidity rating.
Special properties
Built-in antimicrobial protection inhibits the growth of mould, mildew, and fungus inside the outdoor cushion, even when the cushion is allowed to be left outdoors for long periods of time. The foam will allow maximum water drainage even after being saturated.
